It's a fantastic choice for Olympic-style lifts. The Needle bearings guarantee a smooth, constant rotation of the sleeve secured to the bar with a bar end nut and spring pin. To accommodate 2" Olympic Plates, sleeves are milled to a precise 1.975" diameter.
